With the rapid development and increasing maturity of high-precision machining equipment in China, the requirements for bearings are also becoming increasingly stringent. Crossed roller bearings, as a type of high-precision, high-rigidity bearing, are widely used in various industrial fields.
The HRAU series of thin-walled crossed roller bearings with uniform cross-section features cylindrical rollers arranged in a cross pattern on a V-shaped raceway, with spacers separating the rollers. This cross-arrangement allows a single bearing to withstand various loads, including axial loads, radial loads, and overturning moments. Furthermore, because both the inner and outer rings are integral structures, they can be used for both inner and outer ring rotation. Due to their miniaturized dimensions and high rigidity, rotational accuracy, and combined load-bearing capacity, they are ideally suited for applications such as joints or rotating parts of industrial robots, direct-drive motors, medical devices, and measuring instruments.
