So how do we minimize the noise of tapered roller bearings?

Bearings inevitably generate vibration during operation.
Vibration is caused, in part, by external factors. Therefore, the key to resolving bearing noise issues lies in addressing bearing vibration.
First, the dimensional accuracy, shape, positional accuracy, and surface quality of all bearing components must meet the technical requirements of the corresponding precision grade. Identify the primary noise source and address it during processing.
When the bearing rotates, the cage floats freely.
To reduce cage play, the window length should be manufactured within the specified tolerances. Furthermore, to reduce friction noise between the cage and rollers, surface polishing and phosphate treatment are necessary. Furthermore, when shrinking the cage, tighten as much as possible without compromising the bearing's rotational flexibility.
During the processing, inspection, assembly, storage, and transportation of bearing parts and finished products, strict operating procedures must be adhered to to avoid damage, deformation, rust, and other adverse consequences. Furthermore, after assembly, the finished product must be thoroughly cleaned to remove dust and debris to ensure cleanliness.
