Key points for selecting cross roller bearings

Size range: The outer size is an important parameter. First, you need to know how big a bearing you need to use, or what the installation size of the equipment that needs to install this bearing is, and then you can determine the size of the bearing. 2. Structural form: Because there are many structures with the same outer size of the crossed roller bearing, there are outer ring split type (XRB/XRA), inner ring split type (XRE), and integral structure (XRU/XRBH). The key is to see whether the part that the bearing needs to drive to rotate needs to be installed on the inner ring or outer ring of the bearing. If the outer ring needs to rotate, the inner ring split type must be used: Similarly, if the inner ring rotation accuracy is required, the outer ring split type must be used. Both the inner and outer rings require relatively high rotation accuracy, and it is suitable to use the inner and outer ring integral structure. 3. Installation method: There are two major categories of crossed roller bearings from the installation method. One is that both the inner and outer rings have mounting holes. Like the slewing bearing, its installation is relatively simple and is directly connected to the equipment through connecting bolts; the other is that there are no mounting holes in the inner and outer rings, mainly through the interference fit of the bearing seat and the clamping flange and the shaft and the inner diameter of the bearing. 4. Load-bearing capacity: When choosing a cross roller, you must know whether it can bear the load imposed by the equipment. Determine whether it is suitable according to the load-bearing capacity requirements of the equipment design and the rated load of the corresponding bearing. 5. Accuracy and clearance: The accuracy and clearance of the cross roller bearing are the core of the cross roller bearing. The clearance of the bearing can affect the rigidity, noise, life and speed of the cross roller.
